The installation is developed as a parasitic architecture which cantilevers towards Haus Saaleck projecting a short movie against its façade. Developed as a pendant construction, Gargoyle harvests energy during daytime to project the short movie “Transition or the dawn of men” by artists Citra Amongsi and Luna Grüsgen from dusk till dawn.

Resting on four clear coated rocks, a large scale stainless steal structure gives room to light in search of new feedback loops between sculpture and performer. By placing Sculpture 01 in the center of the triangular formation of 3 Metasequoie trees, light and shadows produce the artificial sphere that allowed the audience to gather in the dark forest of Burg Hüls under temperatures below 0.
